I was first interested in easy to prepare low-carb meal options that offered whole, complete nutrition to see if reducing carbs helps with my ADHD. They had to be delicious, good for me, and easy- check on all 3 with KetoChow! But then after discovering I have mast cell activation syndrome among other issues, particularly once I learned that MCAS can make it near impossible to lose weight due to the influence mast cells have on adipose tissue, I decided to try out full keto. The extra pounds that have been with me for YEARS despite periods of time where calories in were definitely less than calories out finally started coming off! I was hooked!  (FYI keto flu is real and icky- but completely manageable! Mine was days 2-4, with extra hydration and electrolyte/ORS supplementation helping.) Now I’m safely losing weight by actually eating more calories than prior but being in mild ketosis, eating cleaner than ever, and having less fatigue despite having several energy-limiting chronic illnesses. I usually have one solid food keto meal and two shakes, but it depends on the day of course. As I’m getting savvier on keto, I’m having more two solid food meal days lately, but it’s nice to know I can fall back on 3 KetoChow shakes a day for those inevitable chronic illness no-spoons-left days and still get complete nutrition!

Love the subscription and getting a surprise every month. This month was a little disappointed seeing received alot of Apple pie single packets when a big bag of shakes was apple pie the previous month so felt this month did not get that much variety between the single meals and repeating the apple pie after getting a 21 meal bag of apple pie. I love keto chow and been drinking it for the last 3 years. We will see what September box has to bring hopefully will get more of a variety in single meal packs instead of on a couple flavors.

Loved trying different flavors. Only one I didn't like was mocha cuz I'm not a coffee drinker so would like to change subscription from surprise to build your kit subscription. I would also like to quit using my credit card and start using my debit card and change date money is taken out of account from the 17th to 1st part of each month.

If I cancel surprise kit subscription today or tomorrow and start the build your kit subscription today or tomorrow using debit card, I'm assuming no more money will ever be charged to my credit card on the 17th again for the surprise sunscription? 

Instead money will come out of debit card I use today or tomorrow for the build your kit subscription. Then money will only be charged to debit card on the 1st or 2nd of the month for the build your kit subscription? 

Is that correct?

My only criticism of  the box is that every Keto You tuber  announces the contents before I get my box. This spoils the surprise, so I have to stop watching YouTube for 7-10 days until I get my box. Please stop spoiling the surprise

In my last box I received a big bag of Vanilla Cream, which I have not tried before and it’s really yum. I also received 2 single packets of flavors I missed out on in the past because they sold out so quickly. So that was a very pleasant surprise. I received 2 packet of a summertime favorite and I’m excited to try that tomorrow. I also received 1 savory which bright a smile to my face. Thanks for doing such a nice job at surprising me. The confetti in every box is a perfect finishing touch. 🥰

I started drinking Keto Chow shakes about a year ago and I love all of the flavors. Recently I shared them with my son and he is going to join me on my Keto weight loss journey. It was great getting all these different types of KetoChow. I send my niece ones that there are doubles of. I get the 20 every 2 months. I really like the blueberry pie. The first taste I get is gram cracker crust taste then blueberry. I don’t know how they do it. 👍

Really liked the surprises

I'll knock on wood for this, but so far I have received flavors I like for the 21-day bag (some of these flavors here are great once or twice but not for 21 days).  This has been worth it.

I really do love all the variety and that each box is a surprise! Also love that I can tweak the date it arrives (last month it was scheduled to come when we were on vacation-so I changed the date). I can't stop talking about Keto Chow!  I have shared some of my favorite flavors with my sister and her husband.  They were a little skeptical at first, but I gave them a neat variety of flavors...chocolate chip mint, lemon, banana... and told them to give it a try.  I also gave them the information that comes in each box of Keto Chow goodness!  That way, they can read all about the delightful flavors and benefits and ways to make Keto Chow their own.
  Right now, my very favorite is the Chocolate Peanut Butter, but I'm getting ready to taste the butterscotch goodness!  I'm amazed at how these packets of deliciousness can imbibe the essence of each named packet.  Thank you!
