It’s meh not a huge fan but i bought a big bag. Was hoping for a stronger peach flavor like how the apple pie really has that tastes like the fruit. Peach is my fave flavor in cookies / ice cream so was prett disappointed.

I absolutely love peaches. It was a fruit my mom kept around when we were kids. I had to buy the big bag because it was sold out of smaller individual bags. I was a little skeptical but it did not disappoint. I hope you don't discontinue it. It is one of my favs!

What's so good about keto anyway?
When your body doesn't have carbs to burn, it will naturally turn to your stored fats. Those stored fats turn into a type of fuel called “ketones,” which your body will start burning your ketones in place of carbs. What fat source should I add to my Keto Chow?
We recommend adding cream, butter, or avocado oil to your Keto Chow shake. This helps your body absorb all those delicious nutrients—and makes it easy to customize your shake to meet your macro/calorie needs.
Can I use Keto Chow if I'm lactose intolerant?
