Super easy, super delicious, super slow =)This recipe combines several things I LOVE: it's easy, it's delicious, it only has 3 ingredients, and cleanup is a breeze. You're going to just take a beef roast, cook it slowly for an arbitrary period of time, use Keto Chow to turn the drippings into delicious gravy, and… that's it. If you're doing 1:1 macros with 1 gram of protein for each gram of fat, this has you covered perfectly.
Cut up the roast and stick it in a slow cooker or use a pressure cooker if you need it faster.
Add salt
Run on medium heat for 12+ hours or until done
Take the beef out and pull it apart into smaller pieces in a container/cookie sheets/etc… Be sure to break up any chunks of fat into smaller pieces.
Mix Beef Soup Base Keto Chow into the meat drippings. It won't mix all the way, that's OK. It'll completely mix after a few minutes, don't worry. The Keto Chow will make the fats and the water turn into a gravy.
Add shredded beef back into slow cooker, mix it up.
Serve immediately or turn back on the cooker and let it keep going, doesn't matter; it's delicious.
